Alarm Response

In the age of Covid-19, it has never been more essential to have a good alarm response company to answer any alarm activations. We can respond to any alarm activations and be at your property from as little as 20 minutes.

The Alarm Response Officer will conduct a full internal and external patrol of your premises to ensure your property is safe and no sign of vandalism or break in. In the unfortunate event that this does happen, the Alarm Response Officer will contact the listed keyholder and report their findings. They will also speak to the monitoring station, alarm engineers, boarding up company or police to ensure your premises stays safe and secure at all times.

Contacting keyholders and keeping you up to date is important to us so we will scan and email you a copy of the alarm activation report every day.

Mobile Patrols

If you are working from home like so many companies do, your building might be standing empty and vulnerable to squatters. We can carry out security patrols on your premises to make sure it stays secure and squatter free.

Security patrols can be carried out 24/7, so whatever the time, our Patrol and Alarm Response Officers will make sure your property is safe.

Domestic & Commercial sectors

At Premier Keyholding, we offer the same quality of service to domestic clients as we do to the commercial sector, providing you with peace of mind should your alarm activate.

For the commercial sector, our usual hours of coverage are

• Monday–Friday 19:00–07:00
• Friday–Monday 19:00–07:00

However we are always flexible and will happily work with our clients to ensure we meet their keyholding and alarm response needs.

For domestic clients, we set up password protection for you to give us instructions in your absence, or to allow access to your premises by third parties. We can also set up and maintain random patrols to ensure that, even in your absence, your home is safeguarded against any unwanted attention.
